Vehicle Release Requirements

To ensure a smooth and lawful release process, please review the following requirements before arriving at our impound facility. All releases must be scheduled in advance.

A 4% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.

Required Documents for Vehicle Release

A valid, government-issued photo ID

Proof of ownership: vehicle title, or current vehicle registration showing ownership

If the registered owner cannot be present: the individual retrieving the vehicle must provide a notarized power of attorney authorizing them to pick up the vehicle on behalf of the registered owner.

Personal Property Retrieval

Ownership verification is still required before access is granted, even if you are not releasing the vehicle.

Only one person is permitted to access the vehicle and impound facility at a time.

Schedule Your Release Appointment

All vehicle and personal property releases must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.
