Our team has played a direct consulting role in the creation of several Ohio laws regulating the towing industry, including ORC 4513.601 — the statute that governs private property towing in the state.

Complete Impound & Recovery was started by a former law enforcement officer who saw firsthand how poorly the impound industry treated both property managers and vehicle owners. The goal from day one has been to do it differently: honest, reliable, and professional at every step.
Seventeen years later, that standard has not changed. Every new hire goes through intensive customer service training – including de-escalation techniques for handling upset vehicle owners – before they ever get behind the wheel of one of our trucks.
