You Call It.
We Dispatch.

Not every property needs a patrol truck on a schedule. Request-Only Enforcement gives you professional, legally compliant towing coverage without any recurring patrol commitment. When you see a violation, you submit a request and we respond quickly.

This is our most cost-effective enforcement option and the simplest to get started with. There are no patrol fees, no minimum call requirements, and no long-term obligations beyond the standing agreement that authorizes us to tow from your property. Every tow follows the same documented, Ohio-compliant process regardless of how it was initiated.

  • On-demand dispatch via portal or phone, 24/7
  • Rapid response to every request we receive
  • Full photo documentation on every tow
  • Portal access to track all requests and tow records
  • No minimum call volume required
  • Upgradeable to Limited or 24-Hour Patrol anytime

You See It.
We Handle It.

Request-Only is exactly what it sounds like. There is no patrol schedule, no monitoring, and no proactive enforcement. What you get is an active towing agreement that authorizes us to work on your property, plus speedy dispatch every time you submit a request.

Requests can be submitted through your online portal at any hour, or by calling us directly. Once received, we dispatch a driver to your property. The tow is documented with photos, timestamps, and a notification record, and the completed record is posted to your portal before we leave the lot.

If your needs grow, your agreement can be upgraded to Limited Patrol or 24-Hour Patrol at any time without starting over.

Step 01

Sign Your Agreement

Complete the online form, we counter-sign, and your property is set up in our dispatch system. Typically active within one business day.

Step 02

You Spot the Violation

When an unauthorized vehicle appears on your property, you identify it. No patrol is monitoring; you are the trigger point for enforcement.

Step 03

Submit via Portal or Phone

Log in to your portal and submit a tow request with the vehicle location and details, or call us directly. Both options are available around the clock.

Step 04

We Dispatch Immediately

A driver is dispatched to your property. The tow is documented with photos, timestamps, and a full record that posts to your portal automatically.

Example: A small retail strip with a persistent problem vehicle parked in a fire lane overnight. The property manager submits a request from their phone at 11pm. We arrive, document, and tow. The full record is in the portal before morning.

What Your Agreement
Covers.

Every Request-Only Agreement includes the same documentation standards, portal access, and Ohio compliance framework as our patrol services. The only difference is who initiates enforcement: you do.

Portal or Phone Dispatch

Submit requests online through your portal at any hour or call our dispatch line directly. Both methods connect to the same immediate response queue.

Immediate Response

Every request goes to active dispatch. Response times are the same whether your agreement is request-only or full patrol. There is no lower-priority queue.

Full Photo Documentation

Every tow is photographed before, during, and after removal. Photos are timestamped and attached to the tow record in your portal after completion.

Real-Time Portal Access

Your portal shows every request submitted, every tow completed, and every record associated with your property. Accessible from any device at any time.

Ohio-Compliant Process

Every tow follows Ohio’s private property towing statutes. Notification, fee limits, and documentation requirements are all handled by us. You are never exposed to the compliance side of enforcement.

Upgradeable at Any Time

If your property’s needs change, your agreement can be upgraded to Limited Patrol or 24-Hour Patrol. No need to restart the process — we modify the existing agreement.

From Request
to Documentation.

Every tow we perform, regardless of how it is initiated, follows the same documented sequence. When you submit a request, you start that sequence. We finish it.

The process produces a legally defensible record of each tow: photo evidence, a precise timeline, owner notification details, and all fees charged. That record helps protect you from disputes and gives vehicle owners a clear, documented recourse.

Nothing happens informally. Every tow from your property is tied to your active agreement and follows Ohio’s private property towing statutes from start to finish.
