Enforcement Built Around
Your Schedule.

Not every property requires 24-hour patrol. That’s why we created this custom option for you. Limited Patrol Enforcement gives you professional, proactive towing coverage during the specific windows when your lot problems actually occur — evenings, overnight, weekends, or any combination you define.

We build your patrol schedule around your property’s real violation patterns. During your active patrol windows, we operate exactly like 24-hour patrol: active enforcement, full documentation, and real-time portal updates. Outside those windows, you retain the ability to submit requests at any time.

  • Custom patrol windows — evenings, overnights, weekends, or any schedule you define
  • Active, proactive enforcement during all scheduled patrol windows
  • Full photo documentation and portal updates on every tow
  • Violation stickering during patrols for warning-first enforcement
  • Patrol log visible in your portal after each window
  • Request-only dispatch available outside patrol windows
  • Schedule adjustable with advance notice as your needs change

You Define the Windows.
We Cover Them.

During your onboarding, we review your violation history and identify when problems are actually occurring on your property. Your patrol schedule is built around that data, not a generic template.

Once your agreement is active, our patrol team covers your property during every scheduled window. Each patrol is logged with a start time, end time, and a summary of any activity. That log is available in your portal after every patrol run.

Outside your scheduled windows, your agreement includes request-only dispatch. If you spot a problem, submit a request through the portal or call us directly and we respond immediately.

Step 01

Define Your Windows

Tell us when your violations happen. We structure a patrol schedule around those hours and confirm a written agreement.

Step 02

Active Patrol Runs

Our team patrols your property during every scheduled window, enforcing your rules and stickering or towing as warranted.

Step 03

Portal Updated

Each patrol window closes with a log entry in your portal. Tow records, photos, and timestamps are always visible.

Step 04

Adjust as Needed

Violation patterns change seasonally or with tenant turnover. Your schedule can be adjusted with advance notice at any time.

Example: A 120-unit apartment complex with visitor parking abuse concentrated between 10pm and 3am. Their limited patrol agreement covers Sunday through Thursday overnights. Outside those windows, the property manager submits requests via portal for daytime incidents.

What Your Agreement
Covers.

Every Limited Patrol Agreement includes the same documentation standards, portal access, and Ohio compliance framework as our 24-hour service. Coverage level varies — the process never does.

Scheduled Patrol Coverage

Proactive enforcement during all contracted patrol windows. Our team runs the lot, enforces your rules, and documents all activity.

Violation Stickering

Vehicles in early violation receive a sticker warning before escalation to tow. Useful for properties that prefer a warning-first approach.

Off-Window Request Dispatch

Outside your scheduled windows, submit requests via portal or phone for immediate dispatch. No minimum call volume required.

Pre-Tow Photo Documentation

Every vehicle is photographed before removal. Condition, position, and posted signage are all captured and stored in your portal.

Real-Time Portal Access

Your portal shows every tow, every patrol log, and every sticker event. Full history, searchable, available 24/7 from any device.

Signage Compliance Audit

Before enforcement begins, we audit your property’s posted signage to confirm it meets Ohio’s legal requirements for towing authorization.

Law Enforcement Notification

We handle Ohio’s required 2 hour law enforcement notification automatically on every tow. You never need to make that call.

Monthly Patrol Report

A summary of all patrol activity, tow counts, and violation trends delivered monthly. Useful for property ownership or HOA reporting.

Upgradeable Anytime

If your property’s needs grow, your agreement can be upgraded to 24-hour patrol coverage at any time. No penalty, no restart.

From Patrol Window
to Documentation.

Every tow performed during a limited patrol window follows the same documented, legally compliant sequence as our 24-hour service. Coverage is scheduled — the process is identical.

Nothing happens informally. Every step is timestamped, logged, and visible in your portal after patrol completion.
