Beyond Enforcement.
Still On Your Side.

Private property enforcement is our core service, but it’s not all we do. The services below are available to any property with an active towing agreement and can be added at any time.

Four Services.
One Partner.

Violation Stickering

Stickering is a warning-first enforcement action used when a vehicle is in violation of your posted rules but a tow is not yet warranted or preferred. Our team places an official violation notice on the vehicle’s windshield that includes the date, time, property address, and the specific rule being violated.

Every stickering event is treated with the same documentation standards as a tow: the vehicle is photographed before the sticker is placed, the event is timestamped, and the record is posted to your portal immediately. You see it happen in real time.

Stickering fits into your enforcement agreement in two ways:

  • As a standalone action you request through the portal or by phone
  • As a built-in first step before tow authorization in your patrol agreement

Properties that prefer a warning-first approach find stickering effective for reducing repeat violations without the friction of a full tow. If the vehicle is still in violation after the notice period, your agreement terms determine whether removal is the next step.

Parking Lot Supplies

Ohio law requires that your property be properly posted before any vehicle can be legally towed. That means compliant signage must be in place, positioned correctly, and clearly visible before enforcement begins. We supply everything you need to meet that standard.

Available supplies include:

  • Towing enforcement signs meeting Ohio ORC 4513.601 specifications
  • No parking and reserved space signage
  • Parking boots for immobilization when towing is not appropriate
  • Traffic cones and lot delineation materials
  • Permit hang tags and windshield stickers for resident or tenant vehicles

If you are starting a new enforcement agreement and your property does not yet have compliant signage, we will conduct a signage audit during onboarding and supply or recommend what is needed before your first patrol run.

Vehicle Relocations

A relocation moves a vehicle from one spot on your property to another without impounding it. This is useful when a full tow would be disproportionate to the situation, or when you simply need a space cleared quickly.
Common relocation scenarios:

  • A vehicle blocking a fire lane or access point
  • A tenant parked in another resident’s assigned space
  • Temporary clearance needed for deliveries, maintenance crews, or emergency access
  • A vehicle that has been abandoned in a high-visibility area but does not yet meet tow criteria

Relocations are dispatched the same way as tow requests, through your portal or by phone, and are documented with photos, timestamps, and a portal record. The vehicle owner is not contacted and the vehicle is not removed from your property.

Impounded Vehicle Search

When a vehicle is towed from your property, the owner needs a way to find it. Our real-time vehicle lookup tool is integrated into every tow record we create and gives vehicle owners a way to locate their vehicle 24 hours a day without calling anyone.

How it works:

  • The owner visits our vehicle locator and enters their plate number or VIN
  • The system returns the tow record, impound location, contact information, and retrieval instructions
  • The record is live within minutes of the tow being completed

This matters for your property because Ohio law requires that impounded vehicle owners be able to retrieve their vehicle at any hour. Our lookup tool satisfies that requirement automatically. It also reduces the number of calls your property manager receives from owners looking for their car, since the information they need is available to them directly.

All of This Runs Through
One Agreement.

You don’t need a separate contract for each service. Once your towing agreement is active, these services are available to add whenever your property needs them. One partner, one portal, one point of contact.

Every action we take on your property, whether a tow, a stickering, a relocation, or a supply delivery, is logged in your portal with timestamps and documentation.
